Celebrating International Women’s Day

Excel Primary School is proudly female founded and female led. Established by the late Mrs. Lonnie Manduwi, a champion for women’s empowerment and breaking gender stereotypes, the current leadership of Excel keeps the spirit alive through women’s involvement in all its processes.

Women of Excel

Our team is largely taken up by female teachers led by a female school manager and a female Managing Director.

At Excel, we recognise the invaluable role that women play in driving positive change and shaping a more inclusive and equitable society. From our leadership team to every corner of our organisation, women are at the forefront, leading with passion, resilience, and determination. In celebration of Women’s Day, Excel is commending the great work done by our women teachers in educating children of the community.

On this special occasion, we take a moment to celebrate the achievements of the remarkable women within our organisation. As we mark International Women’s Day, let us not only celebrate the achievements of women but also recommit ourselves to the ongoing journey towards gender equality. Together, we can break the bias, challenge stereotypes, and create a brighter, more equitable future for all.
